Customer service at Sands is excellent. I messed up several things in my order and they switched them out no problem prior to shipping and also had to sub a different color on something, but all was very easy to do, BECAUSE I WAS TALKING TO REAL PEOPLE not an LLM bot. I appreciate the real people, thank you.
